What is the best way to use the Hair Growth Oils?

Classic Method: Section up your hair, fill up your dripper or pump some oll onto your hands and apply to your entire scalp (extra focus on sparse areas, gently massaging the oil in circular motions, Leave on for 1-2 hours and then wash off.

Hot Oil Treatment: Pour small amount of oil into a microwave-safe bowl and heat up the oil for no more than 10-20 seconds. Section up your hair, pick up some oil onto your hands and apply the warm oil to your entire scalp, gently massaging the oil in circular motions. Leave on for 1-2 hours maximum and then wash off.

Storage & Shelf Life of Hair Growth Oils

Our Hair Growth Oils are handcrafted with no preservatives. We believe in keeping it natural and pure. 

However, this means that it's best to use the oil within 6 months of purchase to ensure its freshness and efficacy. Remember to store it in a dark, cool & dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders above $55.00

Processing time is 1-3 business days, shipping will then take an additional 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Please note that processing and shipping time may take longer during festive/holiday period.

International Shipping

Currently our store is unable to accept International Orders but we are actively working towards making International Shipping an option in the near future.

To stay updated on our progress and be notified when International Shipping becomes available, we recommend subscribing to our email newsletter and following us on social media. Both options can be found at the bottom of this page.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Order Cancellation 

Here at Salted Ritual, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible products and services. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Please be advised that no cancellations will be accepted once orders are placed.

Received Damaged Items or Missing Items

However, in the rare event that you receive damaged items or do not receive items at all, we urge you to inform us immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and provide us with all relevant information, we will be more than happy to arrange for the items to be sent again or issue a refund.

Please note that in some instances we may ask for product pictures or other verification in order to process your request.

If a refund is applicable, please allow 7 business days (not including weekends and public holidays) for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Entered Incorrect Shipping Address

We will not be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses as these are the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information provided. Reshipping fees will apply if the items need to be shipped again.
